Premier Office Equipment guarantees the performance of your new copier, printer or fax machine for the term of the lease agreement. With a Premier maintenance plan, if your Sharp system is not performing within the manufacturer’s specifications and cannot be repaired by the Premier Office Equipment technical staff or an Authorized Sharp Service Technician, we will replace it with a system of equal or greater capability.

Service Response Time
Premier Office Equipment guarantees a four-hour or less response time on all inoperable equipment.*

Premier Platinum Maintenance Plans
Programs which guarantee top performance plus low cost of
operation for your office equipment. Our Platinum plans include
parts, labor, travel, drum and toner.
